This course of classes is a gentle approach to yoga. The practise starts with the students in chairs, warm and comfortable. We then begin with breathing techniques that can help reduce stress and benefit every day life. The physical practise includes gentle stretches including movements for a healthy back & neck. Each individual works to their ability but with a focus on building strength, flexibility and balance and the practise finishes with a short relaxation.
